You can return your items back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned to us intact, unaltered with all labels attached and package undamaged. Please email us at fit39.intl@gmail.com before posting your items back to us. ​ Should you find yourself in the unlikely situation of receiving faulty or incorrect items, we will bear all the costs of shipping and send you a replacement as soon as possible. Pictures of the items in question may be required after you submit the returns form. ​ If the items received are neither faulty nor incorrect, you will have to pay for the shipping costs incurred in the return and/or exchange procedures. We will email you a PayPal link for the payment of the outbound shipping charges after you've submitted the returns form.

Please measure your hand based on the image below. Our gloves are a unisex fit, so there's no difference between men's and women's.

The Left/Right options on our website indicate which hand the glove will be worn on. If you are right-handed and wish to wear the glove on your left hand, you should select the Left option during the purchase. Conversely, if you are left-handed and wish to wear the glove on your right hand, you should select the Right option. Alternatively, you may wish to purchase both left and right hand gloves to cover both hands in case they tan differently from playing golf in the sun for long periods of time.
